Fun story about following your intuition. Two things I forgot to mention in the story. The owner loved the display of the unique dish I ordered, he’s going to add it to his menu. And at the end of our conversation, he asked me if I was a writer and that is one reason I was in Kauai. Amazing synchronicity. =)
