ABOUT MICHELLE MELENDEZ

I’m Michelle Melendez, and I’ve been a fitness and wellness expert since 1996, and a Freedom activist since 2020. After nearly 3 decades of helping people with their health and fitness I discovered the reason people have such poor health and mental state is more than a poor diet. It’s that, AND emotional trauma, collective programming by the “powers that be” and cellular addiction. It’s not that you struggle with weight, money, relationships, you name it, it’s that you struggle with the emotional addiction to those things.

You Are Addicted To Who You Think You Are! 

Emotions like…

  • Feeling afraid
  • Not feeling good enough
  • Feeling jealous of others
  • Being sad or angry
  • Feeling that life is hard
  • Self-loathing
  • You name it! 

These feelings are programmed into your body through media, TV, movies, etc. And through emotional trauma you’ve experienced growing up and in relationships! This is what I help people with.

I have lost 2 inches off my hips!

Before this program, I was uncomfortable in my body. I ate whatever I wanted to!  Now, I think about eating in a whole new way. I am never hungry, and I am no longer bloated. I have lost 2 inches off my hips and 1 inch off my waist! I have lost 8-10 pounds and more weight is coming off! There is some serious soul work that goes on when I work with Michelle!  I would especially recommend her to anyone who is feeling stuck.  She is a master of getting people unstuck!  She is a precious gift to me and I am so thankful I found her!

I started super easy with this Move Toward Your Goal in the Rose Garden at Chico. The concept that Michelle continues to speak about, that of “no judgment” is more important than I realized. I can easily drop into a place of being shocked at how difficult it is for me to lift up the smallest weight while simultaneously lifting a leg. At 63, balance has become an issue for me. But, I stuck with the video, much as I was disappointed with my lack of balance/weakness. This was a short, doable workout and I think if I were to do it 4 to 5 times a week, I would see great improvement in my balance. I can do this! Thank you, Michelle, for your awesome videos and for your constant encouragement as you take us through these workouts and this program. I need this!
