This week as often as you remember do the following:
Practice One: Notice your thoughts and say, “What an interesting thought. I don’t have to believe it and it’s okay that it’s here.”
Practice Two: Look in the mirror and say. “I’m ready to be friends. I send you compassion and understanding.”
Then put your hand on your heart and take 3-deep breaths.
It’s okay if you fall asleep and it’s okay to multi-task while listening.
