Meditation Steps:

Step 1: Sit in a quiet place

Step 2: Focus on your breath

Step 3: Feel the space that is your body starting from head to toe

Step 4: Feel the empty space in the following:

  • the room you’re in
  • the entire building you’re in
  • from your building to a star
  • from that star to a deeper star past our galaxy
  • keep going until you reach only light in empty space

Step 5: Slowly move back down into your body and feel the empty space from your skin to your cells.

Step 6: Focus on the following:

  • feel the empty space in one cell
  • feel the empty space in one atom of your cell
  • keep going smaller and smaller into your body until you reach only light in empty space.

Step 7: Slowly return to your room and open your eyes

Take inventory this week:

Your Bowel Movements: 

Should be brown banana-shaped stool this is easy to wipe after, has little odor, doesn’t stick to the toilet and is eliminated in the morning.

Should be releasing 1.5 liters per day, pale yellow, infrequent, and pass with no pain or urgency.


  • Color

Should be not too strong.

Should be normal according to your dosa above.
