What if there is something you don’t know that you don’t know and it’s keeping you stuck in a body you don’t love?
You have between 70-100 trillion cells in your body. Every one of your cells has it’s own energy field, atoms, and systems.
When you feel a certain way, your cells create receptor sites for that particular emotional peptide being released by your brain.
In essence, your feelings are chemicals and your cells become addicted to them.
If you are conditioned to the feeling of struggling with your weight, your body feels normal struggling with your weight. Your body will send signals to your brain to think thoughts that cause the feeling of struggle and frustration to enter your body.
If you don’t understand this the key to years of weight loss challenges, you could go your entire life and never living in a body you love!
It’s Time For A Shift!
Everything you’ve ever been through has been set-up to give you an opportunity for emotional expansion.
Your past traumas have never left your body. In some cases they are still running your life.
Example: I had a client in her 60’s who was still acting from her 5-year old self.
She would eat feeling anxious and overeat to numb the feeling of fear inside herself.
When we explored that behavior we found that it was created when she was 5-years old.
Her parents would have horrible fights at the dinner table. Her 5-year old self related the feelings of anxiousness and fear when it came to food because that’s what her normal state.
As an adult she made choices from that emotional addiction that left her in an overweight body where feelings of anxiousness would pulled her to overeat.
Her first step in healing was to acknowledge what she went through and not make it right or wrong. Simply notice the events.
The second step was to have compassion for herself and realize that her patterns came from the emotional conditioning of a little girl.
Lastly, I had her fully accept that part of herself again without making it wrong.
So much of your life is spent making yourself wrong.
What if you gave yourself a break and fully accepted your personality and explored your behaviors and the triggers for them?
That will start you living in a body you love!

To live in a body you love you must stop making yourself and your life wrong.
When you full accept everything that makes you you that will bring you peace.
The problem is you’re emotional and physically addicted to your life.
Your body is like a robot. It is conditioned to do the same behaviors and actions it does everyday.
It’s like a path in a forest. If this didn’t happen, you would have to re-learn how to walk, tie your shoes, brush your hair and all the other normal activities you do everyday.
For example, if you get home and go straight to the kitchen to get something to eat and then sit in front of the tv and eat it, that is a memorized pattern in your body.
It’s like driving a car. After you learn how to drive a car, you don’t have to think about it. You get in and your body has memorized how to drive and does it without conscious thought.
It’s not your conscious mind driving the car, it’s your conditioned body and subconscious driving the car. Your conscious mind has checked out!
This is the same with the example of getting food and sitting in front of the tv. You don’t have to think about going to the kitchen and getting food. Your body’s conditioned to do it without your conscious thought.
The actions of your body walking, opening the fridge, reaching to get a plate and going to sit, in the same spot on the couch, is all conditioned memorized patterns.
Now you see why diet and exercise programs are short-lived.
