Measurements

Most Important
DO NOT make your measurements mean anything about you other than you’re ready for change! Measurements are a much better way to watch your body change. You don’t want to “lose weight” so please don’t weigh yourself! You want to release inches! That is what will make your body look GREAT!

Prepare
You will need a measuring tape. Wear snug clothes but not too tight and try to wear the same clothes each time you measure. Also, do your best to measure yourself at the same time of day. This will help with accuracy. Measure every 6-8 weeks.

How
The tape should be snug, not tight pushing into your body. Chest: Measure all the way around your chest and back right at your nipple line, and make sure the tape measure is not lower. Waist: Measure around your belly button. Hips: Measure around the largest part of your hips with your feet together.

Remember: Record your measurements in centimeters!
