I Knew I Wouldn’t Do It On My Own!
I’m 60 years old and when I was in my 50’s I decided to finally get fit! I knew I wouldn’t do it on my own. I hated group fitness activities and liked working out at home on my own. I needed attention paid to me personally and I knew I needed structure to make sure I worked out consistently. I wanted accountability and a lot of motivation. 9-years later I’m still working out with Michelle and I’m a whole lot more fit than when I started.
