Level Two Practices

What you will need:
  • Thick exercise mat
  • Pilates Fit Ball (Small 9′ ball. Amazon calls it a “Fit Ball”. A pillow will also work.)
  • Light and heavier pair of free weights
  • Muscle tension release ball
  • Exercise band
