Cells Renew Every 2-Months

Your Feelings Are Chemicals In Your Body!

Drugs change the chemistry in your cells, blood, and other organs. The same is true with feelings.

When you have a feeling the chemicals associated with that feeling, are released from the brain and enter every cell of your body through a receptor site. These chemicals actually change the frequency of the cell and the structure of the cell.

Science shows that thoughts cause your brain to release neurotransmitters, which are chemical communicators that speak to and control many parts of your body, from your nervous system to your hormones to your digestion to your feelings.

What you think matters to more than just your mind. It affects all of your body and your thoughts can not change overnight.

The article, “How Your Thoughts Program Your Cells”, explains it this way:

“There are thousands upon thousands of receptors on each cell in our body. Each receptor is specific to one peptide, or protein.

When we have feelings of anger, sadness, guilt, excitement, happiness or nervousness, each separate emotion releases its own flurry of neuropeptides. Those peptides surge through the body and connect with those receptors which change the structure of each cell as a whole. Where this gets interesting is when the cells actually divide.

If a cell has been exposed to a certain peptide more than others, the new cell that is produced through its division will have more of the receptor that matches with that specific peptide. Likewise, the cell will also have fewer receptors for peptides that its mother/sister cell was not exposed to as often.” For the full article click here

The cells in your body renew every two months. This is why practicing these techniques daily is vital!

If You Think You Can Only Learn This Information Without Feeling It In Your Body,

NOTHING Will Change In Your Life.

You must practice the new feeling in order to have true change.

Amino Acids Build Muscles and Better Feelings

To live in a body you love it’s crucial to give your cells what they need to thrive and stay in balance. This not only supports releasing weight but also keeps you mood and brain happy and healthy.

One crucial supplement is Amino Acids.

Amino acids are organic compounds composed of nitrogen, carbon, hydrogen and oxygen, along with a variable side chain group.

Your body needs 20 different amino acids to grow and function properly. Out of the 20 that are important for your health, only nine amino acids are classified as essential.

These are histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan and valine.

Unlike nonessential amino acids, essential amino acids can’t be made by your body and must be obtained through your diet.

If you’re not getting the right amount of amino acids you may feel:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Anxious
  • worried
  • Unable to sleep
  • And More!

Here is a great link of the most common emotional and health issues that may be due to amino acid deficiency click here

I’ve found a very clean amino acid supplement click here

Amino Acids can help with…

  • Better Mood
  • Better Mental Retention
  • Building lean muscle
  • Releasing Weight
  • Cellular repair
  • Energy
  • And more

Give it a try for a month and see how you feel.

Your Thoughts Control Your Genes

Every thought you have is communicating with your genes!

They used to believe that your genes control your life and what health issues you’ll have. Now they know that 95% of what affects your genes, and in turn your hearth, comes from what you think and feel, the choices you make and what is in your environment.

Outside factors that influence your genes include:

  • Childhood events that have created your perceptions
  • Thoughts you think
  • Food you eat
  • Choices you make
  • Toxins in your environment
  • Career you choose
  • Stress management
  • Friends

This is from an article called, “How Your Thoughts Chand Your Brain, Cells and Genes”:

Meditation and mindfulness put you in contact with the source of the mind-body system, giving your thoughts direct access to the beneficial genetic activity which also affects how well your cells function, via the genetic activity inside the cells. For The Full Article Click Here

Your body is influenced by every thought you have right down to your genes!

You can’t change your past but you can think about it differently if you give yourself permission and you’re willing to do it.

Your Ego is strong.

It wants you to believe the following:

  • You cannot change who you are.
  • This IS who you are!
  • You must fight for the patterns of behavior you’re addicted to.
  • You are afraid to change

Your Ego doesn’t want to change because it only knows how to run your life being a certain way.

You must start to explore and give yourself permission to experience new ways of being with the same situation, circumstances and people.

Practice becoming aware of who is driving your car!

Who is driving your emotional car when you wake up in the morning, mid-morning, afternoon, mid-afternoon, evening, etc?

Remind yourself that your thoughts and feelings are only memorized patterns. They are not who you are. They are only a practiced way you’ve been.

Do ANY practice below and surrender the story, feelings and thoughts you have around who you can become who’ve you’ve wanted to be!

Start Strength Training For Weight Loss

Strength Training is vital to releasing weight and living in a body you love.

When you build muscle you increase your metabolism which allows your body to naturally burn fat.

Most women who struggle with their weight go for walks and that is a great start but it will NEVER give you the real results you want.

I’ve created 10-20 minute workouts that you can do in the convenience of your home.

Check out the series or exercise library in your Be Fit program click here

Your goal should be to do two-three 10-20 minute strength training practices a week.

To make if fun, let’s play my Exercise Game together! Click Here

These workouts include positive affirmations to life your mood. Give a practice a try and let me know what you think.

If you post a picture on our FB page of either yourself working out or a picture of your computer screen with my workout playing, you’ll be put in a drawing to win a free month to my Be Fit program starting in January. The more pics you post the more chances to win!

You can also share a screen pic of you reaching your Exercise Game goal and that will go into the drawing as well. =)

Use your Exercise Library on the Be Fit program.

You can even log this on your exercise game page and watch yourself move up the scale. =)

Enjoy the movement. You don’t have to do this…You get too!

Look forward to doing this. The memorized emotional addictions you have toward exercise will come up when you think about this practice. If they are not feel good emotions, remember that is not who you are. That is ONLY what feels normal.

Play a different game with yourself around exercise and get EXCITED that you GET to move your body! You don’t have to. You GET Too! Oh Yeah!

Put on your favorite music as you move and have fun!

Me: Mirror Practice
Mirror PracticeEvery time you look in the mirror look at your body with appreciation that it allows you to have this human experience.

Say out loud or to yourself…

“I choose to be to kind to you today. I know I can live in a body I love!”

Then, breathe and RELAX! =)

Note: If you notice yourself looking at something you don’t like, remind yourself that is just a memorized pattern. It’s not who you are choosing to be any longer.

Quick: Body You Love Integration Questions

Ask yourself the right Questions will change everything and start synching your heart and your mind.

Ask questions that lead your heart and mind to want the same outcome!

“Why is it getting easier to be kind to myself?”

“Why am I feeling like living in a body I love can be easy?”

“Why is it so much easier to eat in a way that leaves me feeling good about myself?”

“Why am I trusting myself more and more around food?”

It will feel different and that’s the point!

Let yourself feel safe in feeling different.

You can do this!

Victory: Visualize or Journal

woman writing on her note

Visualize: When you’re in bed visualize your next day by saying to yourself, “If I was living in a body I love for the past 5-years, what would my day look like tomorrow?”

See it! (What words and pictures would be in your mind about yourself?)

Hear it! (What are you saying to yourself? What are other people saying to you?)

Feel it! (How do you feel about yourself?)

Journal: Each night write down or think about the 3-5 things you did that left you feeling good in your body and about yourself. It’s VERY important to allow yourself to see how well you’re doing.

This Is The Foundation of Living In A Body You Love!

Acknowledging yourself will feel different. Let yourself feel different. It would support you tremendously to post what you’ve done well for the day on your private page click here!

Let Us Celebrate You!

Sounds: Shower Practice
Shower PracticeAs you wash in the shower be grateful for what your body has done for you.

For instance, all the times your arms have hugged your loved ones, your hands have cooked meals, your legs have gotten on and off seats, your feet have climbed thousands of stairs and walk miles and miles during your life.

Let it be a time of gratitude for what your body has and can do for you. ENJOY YOUR SHOWER!

Give Yourself Permission To Feel Good!

Good: Gut Health

If your gut is healthy, your body will naturally release inches, and you’ll feel great!

Maintain your gut health by healing and supporting your digestion.

  • Take a probiotic before bed or 3-hours after or before medication.
  • Take a digestive enzyme with at least dinner and preferable lunch and dinner.
  • Eat foods that support good gut health (fermented foods, fiber, greens)
  • Drink clean filtered water with lemon

A happy gut = A happy you!
