Judgement Keeps You Overweight

You started learning what’s right and wrong, good and bad from an early age. It came from your parents and from society. However, to emotionally expand you need to look at yourself differently.

How would you feel about yourself if you took away any and all judgement?

The part of you that has emotional blocks to love and self-acceptance because of past trauma is constant making you wrong. You might have a standard of what you “should” do that no normal person can attain and you judge yourself and make yourself wrong for not living up to it. Doing that everyday creates a life that is loaded with challenges and misery and keeps you overweight!

Example:

You eat a meal that is, by most standards, a good meal. However, you are so used to judging yourself, living in fear of food and not trusting yourself that you can’t see it was a good choice. Instead you put yourself down and find something to make wrong about it.

You could go your whole life in this struggle constantly finding how you have “messed up” and never allow in peace.

What to do instead:

Let go of the fight!

Decide right now that you’re not going to fight with your emotions!

When you fight with your emotions you’ll never live in a body you love!

To let go of the fight you must face the feelings inside you and fully accept them without judgement!

Life is meant to push you so that you emotionally expand through trauma to become something new within yourself. The end goal is to move toward love, forgiveness and experience peace. It starts with facing your emotions!

The things you go through are not random or a mistakes!

They are part of your emotional expansion journey toward freedom and peace. This is a journey your soul chose to go on and you have everything you need to be happy now with all your life trauma.

According to the Untethered Soul: the journey beyond yourself by Michael A. Singer, he talks about the Law of letting go. He says, “When your stuff (emotional conditioning) gets hit, let go right then because it will be harder later. It won’t be easier if you explore it or play with it, hoping to take the edge off. It won’t be easier to think about it, talk about it, or try to release only part of it. If you want to be free to the core of your being, you must let go right away because it will not be easier later.”

Do this next practice often and watch as your life becomes more peaceful:

Release Fear and Emotionall Expandv3

When you see a blocked lower vibration emotion a good way to help you release it is to notice what it means about your life.

It’s not what you think.

What it means about your life is you had some challenges that kept you from experiencing love. That is a reason to have compassion for yourself not judgement.

Compassion is a higher vibrational frequency that moves you toward love. It will feel different than putting yourself down. Compassion is not feeling sorry for yourself. It is seeing that you had a challenging time and acknowledging that without going into the story that it was wrong or bad.

If you allow yourself to stay in your emotional addictions without integrating them, your conscious mind will gladly focus on it and disregard everything else. This is why it is crucial to do the practice above as soon as you feel the negative emotion.

What happens when you get lost in your emotional addictions is you put on the lens of that addiction and see your life through it. All your choices will be made from that emotion.

That Emotion is A Part Of You But NOT All Of You!

It is only what feels normal and what your conscious awareness is used to paying attention to.

Questions are powerful when it comes to change. Your subconscious wants to answer ANY question you ask so ask the right questions.

When you ask yourself, “Why did I choose to eat that?”

That is a very disempowering question.

When you ask yourself questions like…

  • “Will this food leave me feeling good in my body and about myself or will it negatively affect my body systems and my mood?”
  • How can I be the best version of myself today?
  • What if today I gave myself a break and focused on things I have done well in my life?
  • What if I trusted myself around food? How would that feel?
  • What is one thing I can do this week to start trusting myself around food and feeling lighter in my body and good about myself?

Powerful questions can lead you toward peace living in you body you love! You deserve that. It’s time!

Enjoy the movement. You don’t have to do this…You get too!

Look forward to doing this. The memorized emotional addictions you have toward exercise will come up when you think about this practice. If they are not feel good emotions, remember that is not who you are. That is ONLY what feels normal.

Play a different game with yourself around exercise and get EXCITED that you GET to move your body! You don’t have to. You GET Too! Oh Yeah!

Mirror PracticeEvery time you look in the mirror look at your body with appreciation that it allows you to have this human experience.

Say out loud or to yourself…

“It’s okay to be me just the way I am. It’s okay to be kind and trust myself.”

Then, breathe and RELAX! =)

Note: If you notice yourself looking at something you don’t like, remind yourself that is just a memorized pattern. It’s not who you are choosing to be any longer.

Quick: Body You Love Integration Questions

Ask yourself the right Questions will change everything and start synching your heart and your mind.

Ask questions that lead your heart and mind to want the same outcome!

“Why is it getting easier to accept ALL of me?”

“Why am I starting to fully accept all parts of my personality?”

“Why is it so much easier to eat in a way that leaves me feeling good about myself?”

“Why am I trusting myself more and more around food?”

It will feel different and that’s the point!

Let yourself feel safe in feeling different.

Visualize: When you’re in bed visualize your next day by saying to yourself, “If I was living in a body I love for the past 5-years, what would my day look like tomorrow?”

See it! (What words and pictures would be in your mind about yourself?)

Hear it! (What are you saying to yourself? What are other people saying to you?)

Feel it! (How do you feel about yourself?)

Journal: Each night write down or think about the 3-5 things you did that left you feeling good in your body and about yourself. It’s VERY important to allow yourself to see how well you’re doing.

Give Yourself Permission To Feel Good!
