You’ve been running the Neuron-connections in your brain for many, many years and they CAN be changed.

It takes 72-hours to start to change the connections in your brain.

This is important to know because the new connections that you create need to be nurtured and allowed to grow stronger.

It’s like planting a seed and expecting it to blossom the next day. You have to water it be consistent, patient and trust that it will soon sprout.

This is another reason diets don’t work.

If you think by losing weight you’re going to be happy, you’ll be sadly disappointed.

The weight is not the only thing you want to lose. You also need to release who you are with your weight; how you think about your weight and your behaviors.

Super Charging Ways To Support Your Journey

To super charge your journey you must understand your heart chakra.

The rhythm of your heart has an energy and frequency. The higher the frequency the quicker things manifest in your life. The slower the frequency the longer it takes for you to get what you want.

Have you noticed people who are really passionate about life tend to create things much more easily than those who are not as passionate?

This is because the rhythm of their heart is at a higher frequency and it brings things to them more easily.

Look at it like a scale. When you have energy in your body and you’re feeling good, you’re on the higher scale. If you are feeling tired or depressed, you’re on the lower scale. Notice the energy in your body. That is the energy your bringing back to you. The energy you put out and the energy that comes back is always a match.

Use this practice to increase the energy in your heart and start bringing things more quickly to you:

Step One: FULLY ACCEPT THE FEELING

Do not make the feeling wrong in any way. Don’t judge it for being there and don’t judge yourself. This feeling was created for a reason from you past. You deserve your own compassion for having it. Use it as your ally instead of your nemesis. 

Step Two: Shift the state of your body and your emotions. 

Your feelings have a frequency in your body that feel normal so the quickest way to shift them is to abruptly change the frequency.

Do any of the below for 2-3 minutes:

  • Listen to high-energy music that you love
  • Exercise, shake your body or jump-up and down for at least 30-60 seconds
  • Get in nature, close your eyes and feel the sun on your face
  • Allow yourself to full feel love from and for a pet 
  • Watch funny videos until you feel lighter in your body
  • Sage yourself or smell high energy essential oils

Step Three: Ask live in a body you love questions. 

  • Why is this getting easier?
  • Why am I starting to accept all of me and be kinder to myself?
  • Why does if feel so good to eat things that leave me lighter and happier in my body?
  • What if I CAN do this and it’s easier than I think?
  • What if my life journey is exactly as it’s supposed to be and I’m waking up to who I am and moving toward a happier life living in a body I love?

Step Four: Create a new definition around your weight.

Say to yourself, “I used to want to lose weight and I always felt bad about myself, but now I want to feel… 

  • Strong and healthy.
  • Proud of myself.
  • Peace in my body.

Your Journey Is Up To You! 

NOTE: Now that you know this information you can’t go back into blindness about who you are. You get to choose your life. You can do this. It only takes being willing and practicing even when your body doesn’t feel like it. You got this!

It’s time to look at food from a new perspective!

It’s time to understand Food in a new way.

Last week I told you about each type of food and what it does for you.

Here is a short list:

  • Carbohydrates give you energy
    • Simple/Starchy Carbs will…

Look forward to doing this. The memorized emotional addictions you have toward exercise will come up when you think about this practice. If they are not feel good emotions, remember that is not who you are. That is ONLY what feels normal.

Play a different game with yourself around exercise and get EXCITED that you GET to move your body! You don’t have to. You GET Too! Oh Yeah!

Mirror PracticeEvery time you look in the mirror look at your body with appreciation that it allows you to have this human experience.

Say out loud or to yourself, “Why is it getting easier to be kind to you?”

Then, RELAX! =)

Note: If you notice yourself looking at something you don’t like, remind yourself that is just a memorized pattern. It’s not who you are choosing to be any longer.

 

Quick: Body You Love Integration Questions

Ask yourself the right Questions will change everything and start synching your heart and your mind.

Ask questions that lead your heart and mind to want the same outcome!

“Why am I starting to feel better in my body and about myself?”

“Why is it so much easier to eat in a way that leaves me feeling good about myself?”

It will feel different and that’s the point!

Let yourself feel safe in feeling different.

Victory: Visualize or Journal

Visualize: When you’re in bed visualize your next day by saying to yourself, “If I was living in a body I love for the past 5-years, what would my day look like tomorrow?”

See it! (What words and pictures would be in your mind about yourself?)

Hear it! (What are you saying to yourself? What are other people saying to you?)

Feel it! (How do you feel about yourself?)

Journal: Each night write down or think about the 3-5 things you did that left you feeling good about yourself.

It’s VERY important to allow yourself to see how well you’ve been doing.

This Creates The Foundation of Living In A Body You Love!

Give Yourself Permission To Feel Good!
