This week every time you wan to put yourself down or eat in a way that doesn’t serve you, say this prayer…

Live In A Body You Love Prayer:

I know I’m on an emotional journey of healing and growth. 

Please help me find compassion for myself and all I’ve been through without making myself wrong. 

Give me strength to release old emotional addictions & behaviors I created out of survival and that are inherited from my family-line. 

Bring inspiration & guidance to choose foods, thoughts and actions that nourish my body and soul. 

Help me live in peace and joy in a body I love. 

Thank you, Amen.

One Silent meal

One meal each day this week sit in silence and do the following:

  • Notice how your food tastes
  • Chew until your food is the consistency of a shake
  • Listen to every sound around you
  • Feel the temperate around your body
  • Feel the fabric of your clothes on your skin
  • Feel grateful for how the food on your plate came to you: farmer, picker, truck driver, stocker, clerk. Think of their life and what challenges and success they’ve gone through. Send them love and appreciation.
  • Notice how you feel about yourself before, during and after you eat.

Text me after you do this and let me know how it was for you.

Daily Transformation Action
Nature gratitude practice
Nature GratitudeDo a two-minute nature gratitude practice. Get into nature and notice all the things in nature that are around you and say, “You’re my favorite…”. Feel appreciation for what you are looking at. Nature AUTOMATICALLY increases your vibration.

Your goal is to allow your feelings to go and stay at a higher energy level and start to get used to it. Give yourself permission to feel good! Feeling good will lead you to wanting to do things that keep you feeling good which is what will release weight EASILY!

Practice this question
Ask daily:

"How can I give myself a break, have more compassion, love and forgiveness for myself and my life journey and honor myself today?"

Look at your food and notice the light and energy in it. Ask yourself:

"Is this food for my highest good? Will it leave me feeling good about myself and in my body?"

Mirror Practice

Look in the mirror and say:

“I Trust Our Journey.”

Let yourself feel this in your body.

Note: Ignore the things you don’t like about yourself and keep thinking of being a team player.

Shower Practice
Shower PracticeAs you wash in the shower be grateful for what your body has done for you. For instance, all the times your arms have hugged your loved ones, your hands have cooked meals, your legs have gotten on and off seats, your feet have climbed thousands of stairs and walk miles and miles during your life. Let it be a time of gratitude for what your body has and can do for you. ENJOY YOUR SHOWER! Let yourself Feel Good!
Daily Vibration
When you feel your old vibration sneak up, say…

“This is my addiction and I can slow this vibration down easily. Things are always changing. I give myself permission to give myself a break, relax and let it be okay to be okay.”

Now Relax =)

Nightly Journal
JournalIt’s VERY important to get into a high vibrational feeling before you go to bed so you will wake up there! Before you go to bed each night write or say out loud at least one to two things that happened in your day that you are grateful for.

Your goal is to go to bed in a feel-good emotional vibrational state so you wake up there!
