Things that affect your health:
Have you been… F.E.D

Feeling and Thoughts:
Health and healing starts as soon as you get up in the morning. Thoughts and feelings are memorized patterns in the body and begin first thing in the morning so that is where to start!
Don’t jump out of bed.
Take 2-minutes to do the following:
- Pause before you get up and get out of bed slowly
- Put your feet flat on the floor and close your eyes
- Feel all 5 senses: Feel, Hear, Site, Taste Touch
- Imagine your day as you want it to go and get excited about it
- Intentionally move your body and start your day knowing you don’t have to rush. All will get done and you’ll get “there” on time.
Do Shower Practice
When you look into the mirror for the first time, do the following:
- Say, “Good Morning, Beautiful!” And really mean it.
- Tell yourself one thing you appreciate about yourself.
- If you’ve said or thought hurtful things about yourself yesterday, tell yourself, “I forgive you for what you said and thought yesterday.”
- Tell yourself that you trust yourself and you’re excited to thinking loving, kind thoughts all day about yourself and if you slide back, you’re not going to put yourself down. You’ll get back on track as soon as you see yourself in the mirror again.
Do this EVERY Morning!
If you get on the scale first thing in the morning, please, please, please have someone you trust hide the scale from you or throw it away. You are no longer dependent on it.
Trust me on this one and start to trust yourself.
Throughout Your Day:
Every time you have an opportunity to look in the mirror, DO IT!
Immediately tell yourself, “You’re doing great today!” Give yourself a pump up and let yourself know that the Universe has your back.
Eat and Drink:
What you eat and drink will either give you positive energy or take it away.
Have a plan the night before of what you’re going to eat the next day and prepare.
Remember choose alkalizing live foods as much as possible.
KEY: Water is a crucial key for optimal health.

You want to drink 64 ounces a day. Get a water bottle you like and start drinking!
Your body wants to move! If you don’t, your joints will stiffen up and your muscles will atrophy!
You want to do a minimum of 2-days of strength training a week and 2-days of cardio.

Are you willing to let go of your judgement about yourself and step into love and acceptance of who you are and what you’ve been through?
Are you willing to go deeper than the symptom?
The body heals through energy, frequency, entrainment, resonance and light.
Upgrade your mind through meditation and it will show up in your feelings and body to heal yourself and your soul.
Your body is perfect and it’s time to rebalance yourself to heal, have more energy and love for yourself and your life.
You are the Master of You!
