Practice 4: Day 4

Hi Amazing ,

Yeah! You made it to your 4th day. Congratulations!

So many women think about getting fit and do nothing about it and here you are on day four.

Acknowledge yourself for being amazing and taking a stand for your health. You deserve it!

Have Compassion For Yourself Today & Give Yourself A Break!

You’ve been through so much.

You’ve had many challenges that most people will never know about you.

It’s time to give yourself a break and not be so hard on yourself.

For today whenever you notice that you’re saying something not loving and kind to yourself do the following:

  1. Think of all the things you had to go through as a child, teenage, adult.
  2. See your life timeline and how much pain your heart has experienced from others, including yourself.
  3. Decide to start feeling compassion for yourself because frankly…it’s time!

Say these words out-loud as you put your arms around your shoulders:

“Today I’m giving myself a break. I’ve been through enough challenges and I deserve my own compassion, love, and appreciation for all I’ve experienced in life. I matter and today I’m going to be kind to myself because I deserve it.”

Repeat this practice throughout your day and the meditation as often as you’d like. Start to feel your energy shift as you create a new perspective and new relationship with your body.
