Practice 3: Day 3
Hi Amazing ,
Today is a 20-minute Burn Your Fat, Free Your Heart guided cardio practice. This practice takes you through a cardio workout with fat burning intervals as you’re guided through an emotional transformation experience.
Do the best you can and if you cannot do all of the intervals, that’s okay. Don’t make that mean anything. You are where you are and that is PERFECTO!

Today’s intention is to take you through a guided cardio practice to burn fat, increase your fitness level and leave you feeling wonderful knowing you matter.
What You Need:
- Comfortable clothes and good active (walking or running) shoes. If your shoes are more than a year old, think of getting a new pair to properly support you.
- Glass or stainless steel water bottle. Do not use plastic or aluminum. They are not good for your body or the planet. Here is a fun water bottle you can order (click here)
- Download the guided audio to your iPhone, iPod or play it on your computer
