Today’s Intention

Today’s intention is to take you through a guided cardio practice that will help you burn the most fat at your fitness level and give you insights that leave you feeling it’s time to step into your confidence and self-love!

What You Need:

  • Comfortable clothes and good active (walking or running) shoes. If shoes are more than a year old, think of getting a new pair to properly support you.
  • Glass or stainless steel water bottle. Do not use plastic or aluminum. Your body and earth will thank you for it.
  • You can download the guided audio on your iPhone, iPod or listen on your computer.

Today’s Task:

Listen to the below-guided cardio practice as you do ANY activity that will get your heart rate up. You can download it to your iPod or iPhone or listen on the following page.

Activity examples include:

  • Walking
  • Biking
  • Jogging
  • Skating
  • Bouncing on a trampoline
  • Etc.
