Michelle truely knows her stuff

Michelle truely knows her stuff when it comes to weight loss and healing. She explains in detail how our emotions effect our weight and it's one of the main factor that needs to be addressed before we can succeed in our weight loss journey long term. Anyone can lose weight in the short term and it's by healing our emotion that we can be successful at losing weight long term and keep it off. I found Michelle to be a very open and loving person and very easy to connect with. And I'm really looking forward to continuing working with Michelle in the future
